Electrolux Generation Review
- Customer satisfaction is important for any company, but for a brand that sells home appliance it becomes essential. Electrolux values clients’ opinion and wanted to encourage anyone who buys their products to share reviews. This is how the Generation Review campaign was born, which was successfully implemented 3 years in a row.
The campaign involved tactical approaches and promotion across digital platforms, in order to reach existing Electrolux customers. We designed from scratch a registration flow & we developed a solid contest regulation, to make sure we get honest, authentic reviews that will increase brand value.
We worked with influencers to spread the message in key communities, but also shared the message on the Electrolux local Facebook page. Our team also created all digital materials for the campaign, such as digital banners, YouTube videos, key visuals for the website and Landing page.
