OLX Xmas Guide
- OLX launched a study regarding Romanian’s Christmas shopping intentions. We turned it into a successful digital campaign.
Challenge: Drive last-minute shopping and promote the free delivery feature within the OLX app, our objective was to create a robust marketing campaign that would effectively cut through the cluttered social media landscape during the holiday season. Our approach aimed to go beyond a mere promotion by ensuring strong brand messaging and visibility.
Strategy: After the desired target analysis and key messaging in place, we tailored an activation plan to effectively reach and engage the desired segments. Communication channels: the study was launched with classic PR tactics but we made better with an infographic signed by several influencers (each product category was signed and promoted by a different influencer).We then took it to social media using a channel mix and with the help of 7 influencers and content creators. Each one amplified the campaign message in a different yet creative way, highlighting different categories and using micro seasonal tensions.
